The gengl. govr council directs that whenever natione troops are orderd to hold themselves in readiness to proceed at the shortest notice on field service that usual extral batta shall be drawn for them from the date an which taken order is issued to meet the expnese of providing carriage for thier battage althought may happen that such troop do not ultimat .
