state that it appears that captain Byng 1st European Bengal Fusiliers sent no Pilots Certificate on his leaving Bombay for England and that without this Document they cannot draw that officers, arrears of Pay submit,s memo, from teh assistant adjutant General of the army, and requests that the mily auditor General may be directed to recived it in place of such ususal certificate.
