With reference to a letter of the 6th Ultimo, annexes copy of one from the officer Commanding th 72nd Native Infantry, reporting that Sewsunker oudeah Sepoy one of the Witnesses on whose Evidence Ramdeen Misser frandulently obtained pensionary support, has been dismissed the service, and that the civil Authorities have been instructed to apprehend the other witness, Bhownauth Sing Sepoy, who is at present on furlough.
