Transmits for information and necssary orders a lr. from the Dy. pay master penjaub division copy of an officer memo to the foring dept and of one from that dept. in reply and copy of a lr. to the edpy. pay master penjant division stating that document refd. to from the foreing dept. it will be pereived that the fronties bring will recieve pay from the civil freasuries.
