Declaring by secy. 57th of the new Mutiny act 4th Geo. 4th that claims of r debt, against officer non commissioned officers soldiers of being British Subjects exceeding 400 m per cannot be tried & determined by Milty. Courts-cancelling such parts of the G.O. of the 16th aug.1822 & 14th oct.1824, as had reference to the above, and that Mily.Court in future to be guided by Sec.57 the G.O.above advented to be in full force with espect to native officers, soldiers.
