Sanctioning confirmation of the detachment order authorizing the continuance, during the stay, at Cawnpore of the usual propertion of acting non Commissioned officers to the Detachments of Arty Recurits under Command of Lt. Russely which arrived at that station on the 9th april /49, appears to be sufficient authority for passing the opay of the nion Commissioned staff.
