In continamation of Extract of the 16th Jan. last transmits for infomation and record copy Despatch from Dr. Ojgang hnnssly stating that having completed the Exp. on exp. cotten he has submitting a Report onther result thro the select committee of Artillery before and by whom the exp. have been performed.
