With reference to their despatch no. 3012 of the 19th july 1851 sanctioning the proposed sirkar est. to be retained as shewn in a talwlarform in the 9th para subjcet suggested in their 10th para to future modification if necessary approving of the services of the head sirkar being dispensed with as also of their proceeding regarding the bullocks and drivers and Genl. estt. of workmen.
