General - Stoppage of booking of empty bags on several Railways Lines, by goods train and some of the traders had to send their gunny bundles by passenger train at great cost. The matter was referred to the different railways and the controller of Traffic to book empty gunny bags and the A.C.Khewra asked to report any instance in which booking of such bags was refused.
