With reference to the communications forwarded with this Office No. 620 dated the 2nd June last, states that although Colonel Haughton does not apprehended any sudden attack by Tongso Penlow on the British posts, the Governor General in Council desires that Officer should keep a close watch on the proceedings of the Bhooteah, and should on no account relax his vigilance during the present unsettled state of affairs.
