Sanction, as a special case, to the grant of a refund to Mr. Ar. Ar. Arunachalam Chettiar, Ramnad District, of the amount paid in excess on account of excess profits duty consequent on the reduction of his income tax assessment by the order in review of the Board of Revenue, Madras, dated the 27th July 1922.
