In reply to a despatch of the 7th Instt. reports on the Applications made by the pay master norhtern divisiosn of the Bombay army for an increase of office establishments to the extent of Co's Rs.730 per Mensem, in consequence of the stations of Hermuch Nusserabad having been placed within the office range.
