Forwards copy of a Durbar note giving cover to 16 leases for the 28 Villages appertaining to parties at Gwalior as per list furnished with letter No. 200 of 26th Inst. which are to be held on an aggregate Suit Rent of 23927 & states that they have been drawn up as nearly as possible in accordance with the form appended in letter NO. 1681 of 19th Inst.
