Question as to wheather the education of children of railway employees should be undertaken by railway themselves or by the central or provinces Govt, Orders that railway as commercial undertakings and as large employer of labour are under an obligation to provide means for the education of thechildren of their employee and that it is not incumbent onlocal Govt to provide at th ecost of provioncial educational grants for the maintenance of schools mainly or exclusively for thechildren of railway employees.
