Informs that one package of raw opium was stolen from the Govt. Bullock train carts between the hours of 10, P. M. of 20th and 4 A. M. of 21st and requests the sanction for the entertainment of a guard to prevent such robberies in future as well as to guard Govt. and private property lying at the bullock train station.
