With reference to para 3 of the Extracts from Minutes of Consultation dated 25 March last, No. 9. I am directed by the Board of Revenue to request that you will lay before the Most Noble the Governor in Council the accompanying letter from the Principal Collector of Coimbatore, submitting his application in the form prescribed by Govt for the establishment which has been employed from 1st January last for working the Wastiest Forest in his district amounting to Rs. 246.8.0 per mensem, and for the advance of Rs. 15,000 required for the purpose of felling, barking and carriage of the Timber.
