In reply to your letter of the 24th October 1855, I am directed to request that the arrangements for the conveyance of the Government of India Dispatches in the Oriental should be adhered to. Resident at Outram states the prisoners detained and taken to Muttra should reside and draw their stipends at the station selected under this Presidency.
