Extension to all articles which are liable to export duty of the concession sanctioned in 1892, and 1893, regarding the refund of customs duty on rice exported from British customs ports to Marmagao for transit by rail to British districts and from British districts, via Castle Rock-Marmagao, for re-importation into British customs ports.
