Decision that the service of Mr. H. H. Hood, an Asstt. Collr. in the Imperial Customs Service, under the Home Govt. before his appointment to the Indian Service, cannot be allowed to be added to the gross Indian Service for the purpose of calculating the period of leave qualifying for pension under Act 408 of the Civil Service Regulations.
