Proposal to withdraw the condition that the payment of the Government of India grant to the Delhi University should be subject to a satisfactory report by the Chief Commissioner, Delhi, on the financial and general administration of the University. Question of the reconstitution of the Finance Committee of the Delhi University on the lines of the Aligarh Muslim and Banaras Hindu Universities' Committees and the inclusion in it of a financial expert as representative of the Government of India.
