Arrangement for the admission of Indian students in the United Kingdom. Admission of Babu Pramatha Nath Das Gupta to the Imperial College of Science & Technology, London, as a result of his direct application for admission to that College, instead of to the University College London. Admission which was arranged for him by the High Commissioner for India on the recommendation of the Govt. of India notwithstanding from the High Comm. to prevent recurrence of such cases in future.
