Decision that the influenza vaccine issued from the Central Research Institute to military Authorities in India should be charged at 2 annas per c.c. with effect from the 23rd March 1920 and the supplies to the Indian Expeditionary Forces should similarly be charged with retrospective effect from April 1918. The revised rates for T. A. B. vaccine in case of civil authorities should apply with effect from the 23rd March 1920 instead of from February 1919.
