Occurrence of cases of plague on the S.S. City of Sparta, S.S. Nankin, S.S. Moora and S.S. Oronogue. Proposed amendment of the Indian Ports Act, 1908, so as to provide more effectively for the prevention of the access of rats to ships. Prevention of plague on ships sailing from Indian to foreign ports and the precautions taken at Indian ports against the ingress of rats into ships.
