Grant of Rs. 40,000 from the Sanitary Reserve for 1919-20 towards the cost of ampules and other apparatus for bottling influenza vaccine. Decision that the cost of ampules and apparatus should be recovered from local Governments to whom they are issued in an emergency. Inquiry as to whether the Assam Administration is prepared to buy the apparatus supplied to the Pasteur Institute, Shillong, by the Bombay Bacteriological Laboratory, on loan.
