Question of levy by the Gojra and the Lyallpur Municipalities of terminal tax on articles booked by all trains instead of by goods trains only. Proposal that when the imposition of a terminal tax in any municipality has once been sanctioned by the Government of India, the Government of the Punjab be authorised to sanction all subsequent alterations including the extension of the tax to cover goods not hitherto taxed.
