Alterations in the departmental examination rules, Bengal, with a view to provide for the examination of officers of the Public Works Department in vernacular languages, which will now be conducted by the central examination committee under the orders of the local Governments. Delegation of power to the Government of Bengal to sanction alterations in the departmental examination rules in so far as they concern officers of the Public Works Department.
