Rejection of the proposal to sanction the renting of a house in the first instance for Mr. Buchanan, the Instructor in Drawing and Manual Training, Central Training College, Lahore, and subsequently for Mr. J. E. Parkinson, Vice-Principal of the same College at a cost not exceeding Rs. 100 a month. Exemption of Messrs. Buchanan and Parkinson from refunding any portion of the excess rent which they have respectively been hitherto exempted from paying.
