Cochin Arms Regulation. Informing the Resident in Travancore and Cochin that as the Cochin Darbar were requested to furnish copies of any drafts or rules under the Arms Regulation which they may propose to issue and as the notification issued by them cannot be regarded as rules the Govt. do not consider that any action is called for with respect to them; and stating that a copy of he revised rules ander the Arms Act will be furnished to the Darbar when copies are received from the Governent of India;
