Decisions that.(1) copies of the preliminary Report and the statutory( final) Report of the Government Inspectors of Railways on accident inquiries should be supplied to the Superintendent of Railway Police conerned as and when specific requests for these are received; and (ii) that the representative of the police attending the inquiry of cases in which sabotage is suspected to be the cause of the accident; should be given; as and when required the opinion of the Government inspector of railaways concerned as to whether or not sabotage is the prima facia cause of the accident.
