Donald and A. W. Mercer congratulated for their successfulnegotiations with the tribesmen. Grant of increased allowances to the tribesmenconcerned. Claim of the Eastern Hassan Khel Afridis to a share in the increased allowances; rejected. Proposal to offer employment in the Border Military Policeor the Samana Rifles to the Pass Afridis.
