Revision of the Part V of the Pilotage Bye-laws of the commissioners for the Port of Chittagong. Proposal by the Port Commissioner to levy a fee of Rs. 250/- on ships carrying 500 deck passengers or more. Proposal to appropriate temporarily the pilotage receipts on exempted ships to the port fund Revenue Account.
