Exemption from certain provision of part IV of the Indian Merchant Shipping Act 1923 of - (I) the two Topal Machwas Dhanprasad and Josephine plying between Gogo and Bhagwa Dandi; (ii) the S. S. ``Manound`` emploiyed on the Kyakpur Cheduba run; and native passenger ships plying between -0 (iii) Dhanushoki and Talaimanar; (iv) (a) Chittagong anc Cox`s Bazar Naaf River, and (b) Chittagong and Barisal; and (v) Bombay and Panjim and intermediate Ports. Introduction of a ``Passenger List`` for ships on the Bombay Panjim run.
