Decision that the 'Star of India' is the personal emblem of the Viceroy and Governor-General of India, and as such should not be used by any individual, body or Association, except as is provided by Clause XX of the Statutes of the Order of the Star of India, which allows Members to surround their Arms with the Circle and Motto of the Order.
