Letter from Mr. Claud Alexander,Military Paymaster-General , reporting that Mr. Wilkinson has not delivered over to him the balance of cash in his hands enclosing copies of letters to and from Mr. Wilkinson on that subject and enquiring what steps shoud to taken in the matter.
