Letter from Mr. William Larkins, Accountant-General, enclosing an estimate of the probable receipts and disbursements of the Government for the year 1750-51, stating the principles on which this estimate has been formed, informing the Board that the whole system of accounts is working in a very satisfactory manner, and that he will soon be able to arrange the monthly receipts and disbursements of the Presidency, and promising to transmit by the Cerem an account showing the difference between the expected receipts and disbursements for the years 1777-79, and the actual receipts and issues for that period.
