Objectionable article entitled 'Indian Loyalty' in the newspaper called 'The New Age' published in England, dated the 22nd October 1914. Proposed action under the Sea Customs act against the newspapers 'India' and the 'New Statesman' for publication of a letter subscribed, 'Onlooker' and headed 'The Delhi Sedition Trial.' Suggestion that a warning might be conveyed by the India Office to the Government of India of the appearance in English papers of misrepresentations of facts about Indian affairs.
