Proposed contribution of One lakh to the Rangoon University Endowment fund by the Rangoon Port Trust. Decision that the Rangoon port Commissioner are competent to make the above contribution with the reaction of the local Govt. under the provision of section 45(9) of the Rangoon Port Act. 1905.
