The attention of Local Governments and Administrations drawn, by the Department of Education to the instructions, issued by the Home Department in 1902, as to the preparation of a new edition of the B, or statistical, volume of District Gazetteers after each census. No orders issued by the Foreign Department in respect of the revision of the statistical volumes of Gazetteers relating to certain Native States in Rajputana and Central India, respectively, published prior to the census operations in India during 1911.
