Decision that the duty of examining candidates for certificates of competency as wireless watchers which has hitherto been carried out by officers of the Post and Telegraph Department, should with effect from the 15th January 1926, be transferred tot eh Wireless Telegraphy Inspectors at Bombay, Calcutta and Rangoon, and that half of the revenue derived from the fees paid by candidates should be credited to the head Ports and Pilotage.
