Minute of the Board, resolving that those Paymasters who were removed from office on the 31st July,1783, on acccount of their not being covenanted servants, be paid the commission on all bills for military expenditure from the 1st August,1783, to the 31st January,1784, but that the account of there trenchments made by the Commissary-General on those bills be debited to the account of those Paymasters Resolution of the Board (in continuation of the above), appointing Mr. John Wombwell Paymaster-General of the troops serving out of the provinces, and fixing certain regulations for the aforesaid office. Resolution of the Board (in continuation of the above), appointing Mr. John Scawen to the office of Auditor-General of the troops serving out of the provinces, and laying down certain rules for that office
