(1) Proposed substitution of the Infantry guard, serving at Bunder Abbas under the same conditions as the cavalry guards in Persia, by a guard which would serve only for one year, and draw their Indian rate of pay. (2) Removal of the restriction imposed on the free-postage concession of the men. (3) Grant of field-service concessions to the present guard
