Decision that the leave taken by Assistant Surgeon Ghulam Mahammad may be specially treated under Article 757, C.S.R.; that the period spent by him on Foreign Service in Afghanistan will not count for leave under the C.S.R.; that he may avail himself of any leave granted to him by him the Amir's Govt. ; and that, for purposes of contribution for leave, he is to be treated as on duty during entire period of his absence from duty under the Government of India
