1. Proposed appointment of MR. J.B. Wod, C.I.E., temporarily, as an additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Foreign Department, in order to provide for the discharge of the ordinary work the Department for 3 months during which Sir Henry McMahon will bw engaged on work connected with the Delhi Durbar. 2. Intimation that Lt. Colonel. S.F. Bayley does not wish to take any extension of his leave. His desire to return to duty in India within the original period of his leave. Wilkinson has been granted privilege leave from August 24th to 8th September 1911, on the understanding that his deputation in England, with H.H. the Maharaja of Patiala, continues to the 23rd August 1911
