(1) Rejection of a proposal that the expenditure of R 81 on a new lamp purchased by the Resident at Aden for the billiard table supplied to the Residency may be borne by Government and met by re-appropriation. (2) Reduction of the rental payable for the table to a nomial charge calculated at the rate of 2 percent. Per annum on the initial cost of the table and accessories supplied at the expense of Government, with effect from the beginning of the current financial yea (Ist April 1910)
