Quarrel between Sardar Abdur Rahman Khan and Sardar Muhammad Ayub Khan in connection with the estate of the late Sardar Muhammad Hashim Khan, resulting in Sardar Ayub Khan filing a suit in the court of the District Judge, Rawalpindi, against Abdur Rahman Khan. Decision that Sardar Adbur Rahman, a minor and the eldest son of the late Sardar Hashim Khan, should be removed from the guardinaship of Sardar Ayub Khan and be permitted to reside at Rawalpindi; that the counsel for the minor should apply for the appointment of Sardar Muhammad Ishak Khan as guardian ad litam; that Sardar Ishak Khan should go to Rawalpindi or Lahore to defend the suit on behalf of the minor, Abdur Rehman Khan; and that Sardar Umar Khan should be removed from Rawalpindi to Lahore or elsewhere
