(1) Sanction to the acceptance of a medical certificate given to Babu Y. Issac, second clerk of the Yatung Trade Agency, by the Military Hospital Assistant in charge of the Civil Dispensary at Yatung, on his confirmation in his post. (2) Delegation of powers under Article 50 of the Civil Service Regulations to heads of offices under the Foreign Department enabling them to relax the rule as to medical certificate in first appointments in respect of appointments to post carrying a pay not exceeding Rs. 50 a month
