Admission by the Government of India of the contention of Messrs, Chiman Singh, Ram Singh and Co, of Shikarpur, that under the bond executed by them, the annual instalments paid by them in respect of the loan advanced to them by Government, shall be applied wholly in liquidation of the principal until it is repaid in full, and thereafter only such interest as may be due shall be paid by them in other words, that they are not liable to pay interest concurrently with the repayment of capital
