Referring to paragraph 2 of Despatch No. 30, dated 16th September 1882, forwards a letter from the Government of Bombay, with enclousres, illustrative of the inconvenience and ill-treatment to which pilgrims are subjected during the period of quarantine they are obliged to undergo at Camaran.
