Sanction, as a special case, to the proposal of the Baroda Darbar that Mr. C.N. Seddon when entrsusted with the duties of Revenue Minister, Baroda State, may be allowed:- (1) Travelling allowance at the rate of 15 a day, (2) to carry by railway his tonga, two horses and camp equipment at the expense of the Baroda Darbar
