Consideration of the award given by the Adjudicator appointed for the settlement of dispute between the employees the Government of India Presses and the Government. Decision that the awards goes beyond the terms of reference and as such settlement should be secured by negotiation. Payment of additional relief to the Industrial employees of the Government of India Presses drawing Rs. 40/-or less at Rs.8/-p.m. with effect from 1.1.45 to 31.12.46
